Chris Needs"As someone who sits in studios for long periods of time I am very aware of the need to keep active to reduce my chances of back problems. Whenever I have suffered back pain I keep active by going out and doing some gardening and have noticed a great improvement. I would urge other back pain sufferers to do the same."

I enjoy regular gym activity as well as horse riding and golf, and try to keep as active as possible.
