"Back pain is a significant problem and one that can strike us all at any time and at any age. Working as a performer I can't afford to take time off from my busy schedule which is a good thing as it means I have to stay active. I tend to keep healthy by keeping myself busy and taking care of myself and would recommend others do the same to ward off back pain."
